The Ormond Spray Park is located at 1901 Ormond Boulevard in Destrehan inside of the Ormond Community Park. The entire family can beat the summer heat at the Ormond Spray Park. While the kids are enjoying the numerous water features, parents can cool off under the sail shades and foster friendships at the spray park.
The Ormond Spray Park opens the first weekend in May and operates weekend-only (Saturday and Sunday) from 1 p.m. - 6 p.m. Beginning the first full week in June, the park operates under its regular Tuesday - Sunday schedule, 1 p.m. - 6 p.m. In September, the park reverts back to its weekend-only schedule before closing for the season.

Those interested in renting the park, can either rent half of the park or the entire spray park from 10 a.m. - 12 p.m. The park is closed on Mondays for maintenance.

General Rules
- Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
- Height restriction:
- Children 62 inches or under are allowed entry.
- All park rules and regulations must be followed.
- Abusive language, fighting and unruly behavior will not be allowed.
- Proper swim attire is required.
- Infants must wear a rubber liner or swim diaper.
- No food allowed on the spray pad.
- Glass containers are strictly prohibited.
- Pets are not allowed in the spray park area.
- No smoking allowed in the spray park area or spectator area.
Safety Rules
- No running.
- Do not place face, hands or objects near or on the spray feature openings.
- No climbing or hanging on spray park features.
- For the safety or our patrons, the spray park must be cleared at the first sight of lightning or the sound of thunder.
- The park will be closed during inclement weather.
- Use the spray park at your own risk.
