The St. Charles Parish Department of Parks and Recreation oversees 356 acres of land and operates 56 parks parish-wide. To maintain these parks, the field crews assist in implementing park and playground safety hazard inspection, repairs, landscape maintenance, trash pick-up, restroom sanitation, insect and pest control, field maintenance, field painting and more.
Park Rentals
All parks and facilities with the exception of the Edward A. Dufrense Community Center can be rented through the recreational facility reservations request form. For more information, contact Travis Ramos at tramos@stcharlesgov.net or call (985) 783-5090 for more information.

Tennis Courts and Pickleball Courts
All tennis courts and pickleball courts throughout the parish (East Bank Bridge Park, Monsanto Park and West Bank Bridge Park) are first come, first served. To visit Monsanto Park's tennis courts, please call the Department of Parks and Recreation at (985) 783-5090 to pick up a key.
