We are just a few weeks from the 2009 Adult Softball season and it is time for all of us to get organized. The organizational meeting will be held Aug. 17 at the Recreation Department in Hahnville. The meeting will be at 6:30 p.m., and you will need to do a few things before then.
All fees must be paid by Aug. The entrance fee for this year will be $450. (We will no longer accept company letterhead as a promissory payment for the entrance fee.)
Roster limits and rules will be discussed at the meeting. Note: St. Charles Parish Parks and Recreation will provide first and second place awards. (Maximum of 15 players per team.)
All players must have a valid driver’s license or ID to be able to participate in the St. Charles Parish Parks and Recreation Department's Adult Softball League.
